Orders for in-stock tents typically ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.
Pre-orders or out-of-stock items may have longer processing times, and we will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at theprovided shipping address.

in the rare event that your tent arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our
Customer Support team within 2 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and arranging for a replacement.
